Communication Contest for Deaf and Hard of Hearing


Topic:  "Is There a Fine Line Between Optimisim and Reality    

When:  April 27, 2019

Where: Norfolk Public School Administration
             512 West Phillip Avenue   ~~  Norfolk, NE

Awards:       1st place winner receives a $2,500 scholarship.

Eligibility:    Contestants up through the 12th grade. Students who are certified to have a hearing loss of 40 decibels or more may compete in this contest designed to help them develop the skills and confidence to present in sign or orally to an audience.

Sponsorship:  The students are sponsored by a Club. The CCDHH Contest scholarship is sponsored by the Optimist International Foundation. (If your club is aware of a student who would qualify and/or would like to sponsor a student, please contact the District Chair).
